Product Description

Inov8 Bare XF 210 Training Shoes For fitness workouts, weightlifting, performance training. The most stripped-back shoe in the range brings the foot closer to the ground, offering a natural fit and unrivalled rope protection. Designed specifically for the extremes of the box, the BARE-XF 210 has no midsole, increased Rope-Tec up the sides of the shoe and a sticky rubber outsole, delivering superb grip on ropes and underfoot when lifting. Upper - Met-Cradle system/Synthetic Mesh The most stripped-back shoe in the range is composed of a durable nylon bodied fabric which extends from the heal to the midsection, creating a supportive structure that fights through torsion while a mesh lining adds comfortable setting for the foot to sit in. At the forefoot a mesh material is merged by the toes offering optimal breathability to the feet and better flexibility when on your toes and with an integrated abrasion resistant toe cap, the toes and the forefoot mesh are protected from high-impact training. Coinciding with the upper construction, the Met-Cradle lacing system is added at the midsection to bring the material closer to the foot for better performance and a more secure fitting. Thus ensuring more natural movements in motion. Finally on the upper, an internal Removable sock liner is placed for better underfoot cushioning. Outsole - Bare-X/360 degree Rope-Tec System The BARE-XFTM 210 has no midsole, increased Rope-Tec up the sides of the shoe and a Bare-x sticky rubber outsole, delivers superb grip on ropes and underfoot when lifting. A zero heel-to-toe drop means the foot sits really close to the ground, increasing proprioception and balance when weightlifting or performing functional movements and with Meta-flex technology the shoe also allows natural flexing in the forefoot, allowing to transverse to the other foot with ease.
